Contractor Websites Built to Book Jobs.

A good-looking site that doesn't make the phone ring is just a brochure. I build websites for home service contractors that load fast on a phone, show your real work, put a quote form on every page and track every call and form back to where it came from. And I build every one myself.

Website Design for Contractors

What a Contractor Website Actually Has to Do.

Picture the homeowner. They're standing in a hot house with a dead AC, phone in one hand, three contractor sites open in their tabs. Your site has a few seconds to answer four questions: Do you do this? Do you work my area? Can I trust you? How do I reach you right now?

Everything else is decoration. I'm Nick Beecher, I run Brands That Last out of Eustis, Florida, and I only work with home service contractors. I build websites that answer those four questions on every page, then track every call and form so you can see what the site actually brings in.

Sound Familiar?

Why Most Contractor Websites Don't Book Jobs.

It's rarely the colors or the logo. It's a handful of things that make it hard to call you, hard to trust you, or hard for Google to send anyone your way.

❌

The form is on another page

If someone has to leave the page they're on to find a form, a lot of them won't. Every extra click is another chance to hit the back button and call somebody else.

❌

Stock photos posing as your work

Homeowners can spot a stock photo. When the hero image is a smiling model in a hard hat, your site looks like everyone else's, and it wears someone else's work.

❌

One page for every service

A single "Services" page with a list of bullets can't rank for AC repair, water heaters and duct cleaning all at once. Google needs a page per service to know what you do.

❌

No idea what it brings in

If calls and forms aren't tracked, nobody can tell you whether the site is working. You end up redesigning on a hunch instead of fixing what the numbers say.

Your website isn't a brochure. It's your best salesperson, and it works every hour you don't.

What's Included

What I Build Into Every Contractor Website.

Every site I build starts with the same foundation. The look is yours. The structure is built to rank, convert and be measured.

🛠️

Service Pages

Every service you sell gets its own page that explains the job, answers the questions homeowners ask and makes it easy to book. No thin pages that say nothing.

A Form on Every Page

A short quote form right on the page, plus tap-to-call and tap-to-text. Nobody has to go hunting for a contact page to reach you.

Real Photos and Reviews

Your jobs, your trucks, your crew and your real reviews. The same photos can feed your Google Business Profile, which I cover on my Google Business Profile management page.

Built for the Phone

A lot of your visitors are on a phone, often in a hurry. I keep pages light, images sized right and the call button where a thumb can find it.

SEO Foundation

Title tags, meta descriptions, schema, internal links and a sitemap submitted to Google Search Console. When you're ready to grow into more towns, local SEO builds on it.

Tracking Built In

Form fills and phone taps tracked as key events in Google Analytics, with call tracking so every lead has a source. Here's how I set up lead tracking for contractors.

You Own It

Your domain, your site and your accounts stay in your name. I build it, you keep it.

How I Build It

Pages First. Pretty Second.

I start with what you already have: which pages Google is indexing, what they show up for, and which calls and forms the site brings in today. Anything that's working stays. Then I map the pages before anyone touches the design: the services you want more of and the towns you want your trucks in.

I write the copy, you check it, and I build. Before launch, I test every form, every call button and every tracking event, because a site that breaks its own tracking on day one is a site you can't measure. After launch, I submit the sitemap and watch Search Console to make sure Google picks up the new pages.

Works With the Rest of Your Marketing

A Website Is Where Your Ads Land.

If you run Google Ads for home service contractors, your website is where that money lands. A page that matches the search and makes it easy to call gets more out of every click.

And plenty of visitors won't call on their first visit. That's what Facebook and Instagram retargeting is for: showing your work again to people who already visited your site. Common Questions

Things You're Probably Asking.

Can you fix my current website instead of building a new one?
Often, yes. Sometimes the design is fine and the site just can't capture a lead, or Google can't tell what it's about. I'll look at it first and tell you straight whether you need a fix or a rebuild.
Do you write the copy?
Yes. I write every page in plain language for homeowners. You check it for accuracy, because nobody knows your services and your warranty better than you do.
Will I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, your site and your accounts stay in your name. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
Do you use stock photos?
I'd rather not. Real photos of your jobs, your trucks and your crew do more selling than any stock image. If you don't have many yet, I'll tell you exactly what to shoot on your next few jobs.
Is SEO part of the website build?
The foundation is: one page per service, clean title tags, schema, internal links and a sitemap submitted to Search Console. Building city pages and ranking over time is its own job, and that's what my local SEO work covers.
How will I know if the new site is working?
Every call and form gets tracked back to where it came from. You'll see real leads by source, not page views. Here's how I set up lead tracking for contractors.
Do I have to sign a contract?
There's a 3-month starting commitment, then month to month.
